Christmas with Livinus

After losing the seat for market Chairman and losing his young girlfriend, whom he thought was going to be his wife in old age, Livinus finds himself deep in midlife crises. To compound issues, he is now facing the impending doom of Christmas alone. Livinus decides to reconnect with the daughters he had during his prime. Back in his early thirties, he carried a successful contract, he was paid well and became the hottest man in town, the money flowed, so did the women, and he had fun. During that year, he got three women pregnant. By the end of the year, the money was gone.

One of the women was a girl from an affluent home who was looking to rebel from her sheltered life. The second a beautiful server girl in a local restaurant and the third, a woman who made getting pregnant for rich men her hustle.
Although the girls are all eighteen, they differ in months.

The first, the daughter of the hustling woman – Anastasia aka Ada – is wise beyond her years. Traumatized by her lack of a present father and her mother’s wayward life, she seeks stability and normalcy; she however, does not blame her parents, to her, they are simply human. She is excited for a chance to get to know her father and ‘normal’ siblings better.

The second girl, Bunmi is the daughter of the buka owner. Bunmi’s mother has come a long way from her humble beginnings, from being a server to owning her own spot in the center of a bus park. She is wealthy by her own standards and respected by the touts and area boys. Bunmi considers herself a ghetto princess of sorts and is always ready to find her prince charming, married man or not.

The last daughter Chidera is the daughter of the sheltered rich kid. Chidera’s mother spent the early days of her life overcompensating for her mistake. the result; a rude, spoiled brat who still resents her.
When Livinus reaches out to them to come over for Christmas, Anastasia is excited. She has been clashing with her stepbrother and is happy for the break. Bunmi’s most recent boyfriend, a razz yahoo boy is demanding marriage in return for all he spent.Bunmi is trying to keep this away from her mother and is happy to escape. As for Chidera, her mother tricks her against her will, seeing it as an opportunity to teach her a lesson in humility.

When the girls arrive, neither is aware that the other is coming. Instantly, Chidera and Bunmi clash heads, Ada tries to be the voice of reason, but ends up getting heat of her own. Livinus tries in vain to impart fatherly wisdom and advice, but he often misses the mark and it lands on deaf ears.

At some point, Bumni meets the husband of Livinus’s election opponent and begins a relationship, leading the woman to seek revenge. When Livinus is kidnapped on Christmas Eve, the girls must first figure out who the enemy is – Ada’s siblings, Bunmi’s ex, or Dera’s dealer.
Eventually, Livinusescapes. While kidnapped, he heard secrets that incriminate his opponent.

The election results are revisited and he is announced the winner. The girls and their father are happy,they enjoy their holiday, now bonded by their hilarious and semi-dangerous experiences.
